Our intention is to contribute to the development of planetary-wide consciousness and conscience.

We have created Growing Edge to serve the deeper development needs of individuals, organisational leaders and adult learning practitioners. Growing Edge is a not-for-profit organisation committed to reinvesting in activities that serve our core intention.

"If we are open to deep inquiry and learning, the benefits are palpable and unpredictable. In this realm of vertical and deep development we cannot define how this opening will manifest. Deep development offers us an adventure in self exploration that can yield transformational learning for ourselves and the world." Growing Edge, 2015.

Simon Cavicchia

I am passionate about adult learning and the differences it can make to human relationships and flourishing. People tell me I am warm, humorous with a bright intelligence and a light touch in how I relate to others and co-create opportunities for learning and growth. I have a deep and compassionate understanding of human vulnerability and the ways in which individuals, cultures and societies can inhibit the realisation of our fullest potential. Current interests include relational perspectives on coaching and consulting, working to reduce the effects of shame in our personal and organisational lives and working to integrate more body awareness into coaching and consulting practice. I am committed to my own ongoing development and am a student of the Ridhwan School.

Jason Harrison

I am intensely curious about what lies at the heart of our selves and how we might be more able to clear away the clutter that inhibits our growth. People often describe me as a seeker ... of truth, of knowledge, of understanding ... and in my own development and work with others, I offer compassion and challenge to support the observation and integration of the multiple aspects of self-in-life. My current interests are in understanding the practical applications of development stage theory to human evolution, how psycho-spiritual practices can support transformational change and how collective consciousness evolves. My 3 boys provide me with multiple opportunities to develop my in-the-moment awareness along with multiple reminders of how easy it is to instantly collapse back to earlier stages of development! I am a member of the Collaborative Developmental Action Inquiry Fellowship and a student of the Fourth Way.
